Operating Entity
Nomix Platform is operated and administered by Nomix Labs and its affiliated entities (collectively, "Nomix"). Nomix undertakes to comply with applicable local laws and relevant international legal obligations within the scope of its operations.
Formal notices concerning regulatory matters, licensing, infringement claims, judicial assistance, or other legal affairs must be submitted through the official legal contact channels published on the platform.
Permitted Use
The services may only be used for lawful and compliant market intelligence, forecasting, and decision-support purposes. You must not use the platform for market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, infringement, or any other unlawful conduct.
Based on jurisdictional restrictions, account risk ratings, sanctions screening outcomes, fraud controls, or regulatory requirements, Nomix may impose feature restrictions, enhanced review, temporary freezes, or denial of access.
Compliance and Disputes
Nomix may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access where required by law, policy enforcement, audit or investigation demands, material security risks, or service integrity protection needs.
Any dispute arising from use of the platform should first be submitted through support and legal channels for good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
