Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, private keys, and signing devices, and for all actions taken through your account. Risks and losses resulting from poor credential management, improper authorization, or endpoint compromise are your responsibility.
You must provide true, accurate, complete, and verifiable information for onboarding, identity checks, compliance review, risk investigations, or support workflows, and promptly update material changes.
Platform Rules
You must not engage in conduct that compromises platform security or stability, including unauthorized access, exploit attempts, restricted data scraping, rate-limit circumvention, malicious automation, or API misuse beyond documented constraints.
To maintain service availability and regulatory compliance, Nomix may update, throttle, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features, with or without prior notice as reasonably required by circumstances.
Liability and Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nomix disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or opportunity-related losses.
Nomix may amend these terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, business, or technical developments. Updated terms become effective upon publication; continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must cease use of the affected services.
